JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Tom: Well, it took 12 days before I was even seen or taken to a hearing
or had any paperwork.
Candy: the process was long and rough concidering i
dinted know what was going on and my attoney
wasent so ifisent with my court hearings or what
i was being charged with
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning?
Tom: No.
Candy: no
JM: What was your court appearance like?
Tom: Slow.
Candy: they were ok to apoint i think u should have
more time in understnding of whats going on in
your case
